Amy’s classes are challenging, with a playful energy that ensures they are accessible to all practitioners. Her intention is to have each student leave class with a calm mind, an open heart and a joyful spirit.
It is both a joy and an honor for Susan to be teaching at the studio where she has spent so many hours on her mat as a student. She has found yoga to be truly transformational as it has allowed her to live more authentically, with greater purpose and with connection to not only herself but to her community and to the world. Susan’s classes balance strength with softness, allowing students to connect to breath, body and the present moment. Yoga embodies more than asana, the physical poses, and in Susan’s classes you will connect with your higher self and awaken to the peace, power and possibility that already exist within you.
