The Beauty of Letting Go: Yin Sound Bath

Join Jo Parsons and Richard Grace for a Yin practice and Sound Bath designed to support you in letting go of what is not serving you. Through asana and sound, let go of the stress and negativity trapped within you to create space for joy, purpose, and love. Support your body, mind, and soul with the help of sound healing to release physical tension and mental pressures to make room for greater abundance and holistic well-being. Practice will begin with a short meditation and mini journaling session.
Please bring a journal and pen. In addition, students encouraged to bring an eye pillow and their favorite blanket for savasana.

Join Heather and Craig for the ultimate mind and body sensory experience. Heather will guide two hours of healing Yin Yoga, while Craig plays live music to soothe your mind and soul. Heather will utilize fall essential oils throughout practice to protect and restore your body in the rainy season. Students encouraged to bring eye pillows or masks, and their favorite blanket for savasana.
