Join Nicole for a strong, powerful yoga practice to clear your body followed by a workshop on key igolu principles to clear your mind and check on your goals for the New Year. Create a legacy and establish your vision for 2017 and beyond.
Please bring a journal and a pen, and be dressed for practice! This workshop is open to practitioners of all levels.

Our comprehensive curriculum is anchored in Baptiste Yoga sequencing and methodology, emphasizing practical teaching skills and physical adjustments. This four month intensive course will develop your confidence and prepare you to inspire others on their own path to physical and spiritual awakening.
SHAKTI’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is a registered school through Yoga Alliance. Course work includes 180 contact hours and 20 independent study hours.

Quiet your mind and surrender with Yin Yoga, Reiki and essential oils. Learn how to find your ‘just right’ position as we deep dive into several Yin postures. Heather will use essential oils to help ground, balance, and uplift the mind and body connection. We will close the workshop with a 10 minute guided Reiki savasana to promote stress reduction, healing, and relaxation.
Workshop includes: - 15 minute essential oil class - 30 minute posture/prop clinic - 75 minute Yin class
Participants will receive a take home of the essential oil blend of their choice: Grounding, Balancing or Uplifting
Space is limited to 40 students, all levels welcome

Join Tina Templeman for a weekend intensive, focusing on the physical anatomy of each pose. This comprehensive exploration of anatomy will guide you through the bones and musculature of the body and how they relate to your practice. The group will also discuss common yoga-related injuries and body compromises that can inhibit a student’s yoga practice.
Participants receive 20 credit hours through Yoga Alliance

Empower your students and enhance your teaching! Learn the skills and techniques to provide powerful, corrective, and deepening full-body adjustments and gain hours of hands-on assisting experience with Lisa Black.
Developed by Lisa Black, our Teacher Assisting Program (TAP) is a weekend training course designed to give instructors the foundation and skills needed to provide safe and effective adjustments on yoga students. Students will learn the stabilizing, corrective, and deepening full-body adjustments of the 53 traditional asana within the Baptiste Power Vinyasa sequence and gain hours of hands-on assisting practice and experience.

TAP graduates receive 24 credit hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance.
200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification is recommended, but not required.
Participants are expected to have read Journey Into Power by Baron Baptiste and be familiar with the 53 postures before beginning TAP.
